Grateful we have people in this country who still believe in a strong "moral compass" and are willing to stand for that compass even at the cost of their careers and safety. May we all stand with those who risk it all for us all!

Listening to the book Indictment by Ben Perrin. It is bringing this very issue to my attention in a new way. There has to be a movement everywhere to understand how our justice systems grew from such a flawed idea and an awakening to how they only perpetuate trauma on people, families, communities.

Perhaps wake up is the wrong metaphor.
“if enough minds can become unplugged from the narrative matrix” - What we need most is people to question the narrative matrix and see the issues from a larger viewpoint which feels almost impossible but if we make the effort can be achieved over time.

Without doubt the best read I have found on how America got to where we are today. Absolutely jam packed with facts, data, figures, bills that passed since the 80’s which impacted our economy. It’s eye opening while being entertaining.

I love this. We are alp asking what can we do. We can wake up and help others wake up as well. We need to see the truth more clearly.

The irony is…Extreme capitalism and communism are not that far apart.

I do believe that Joy should be our priority in life as long as it is shared with others, and not at the expense of others.

Changes are coming. I have never felt more free, more able, more clear.

Today is the day I start living as myself... not as the one I thought I should be. After reading Anita Moorjani's book, I recognize that I am exactly where I am supposed to be. Everything in my life brought me here. This is where I begin again. We are all "pure love" and we have all we need in us.
