This is not a post to critisise trans allies. I am, however, increasingly shocked at the lack of outcry from most cisgender people to the ever rising anti-trans hate. Trans people in the US and UK are being legislated out of existence.

Climate change is a huge problem and everyone should do what they can but I strongly believe blaming individuals instead of corporations is a corporate tactic to obscure the key causes, create personal guilt, and discourage people from organizing for real progress.

Not sure why I'm posting this but it's been a long, hard 6 months so far.

I went to a wonderful grief group I hope to keep attending, and I'm going to a death talk tomorrow.

I just hope that this recovery process continues and that I don't have too rough of setbacks this time.

I'm learning that the second I forget and "feel normal" that I do something maybe physically what I'd have done before, and then my body responds with exhaustion and sometimes strain. I'm still recovering from that and trying to accept that it's going to be awhile still.

I am regularly seeing a doctor and therapist, and doing what I can to mitigate it. Part of the challenge is accepting that this is going to take a long time to recover from. A month later, I am feeling better so far, but my body is still recovering from that constant stress.

My dad died on July 1st. I started having panic attacks at the end of August seemingly out of nowhere. Learning that this is manifested grief has been challenging to say the least. I am about a month out of some of the worst anxiety I've had since, where it was sustained for at least two weeks.

Terfs need to shut up about womanhood, my mom was raised to believe all women were less valuable than men and cried when she learned about trans women because the idea that someone would fight that hard to be a woman was radical for her and meant it was something worth being

THIS is the part about TERFs I just don't get. Nobody adores womanhood like a trans woman and nobody will fight as hard for it. We're the best possible allies you could have against the patriarchy.
