I have now seen that this is from the translation of the Russian read out. I didn't think to jot down the source but I also saw it on a CNN broadcast. 3 pretty different sources usually is when I accept things. I feel a need to verify but there is a limit. 😆

While this does not surprise me at all, what is the source of this information. There is so much happening we need to know where the information is coming from before we treat anything as fact.
