I have been thinking a lot about dreams and how they become hard to realize. Eventhought I'm doing this, YouTube videos, my dream is to open my own cider brewery.
However I could use your help and I understand I would need to offer something in return.🍽️🍋

Do u or would u support a gofundme project? Let’s say I would have a dream to open a brewery(which is an actual dream).
I’m asking cause I’m somewhat hesitant to start one🍋🍽️

It was just for the picture after that everything went on the right places

Well thank you. But I’m sure u can as well if u think about it. So brine chicken is boil water salt, set aside to cool, for kombucha’s the same boil water sugar set aside to cool. Make flavoring oil, everything in a bag and let it cook.
Might be the power of some gadgets

This might be a quick prep again.
Making elderflower kombucha, taking care of all the kombucha scoby’s. Marinating chicken. Making oak oil, lemongrass oil, herb oil, ginger lemongrass oil..
does this look much for 15 min work?🍋🍽️

That is not bad. I was thinking last week, maybe I can make my cooking more efficient at home. Marinate and cook it or marinate and freeze it and just use that for dinner instead of having x amount of containers of leftovers in the fridge

Well then something will be on the way,, it’s something simple that ppl might know but it’s just to show how convenient it can be

like equipment, instant pot/pressure cooker, kitchen aid, sous vide machine/water circulator, la crueset(oven pot). Thermoblender(blender that can warm up to boiling point) .

I’m a bit stacked and use most, just not sure if I should use it as well for the videos(which I have not been doing)

I will do some name dropping/picture sharing..

Oh yeah little side mention, I do t own like big brands or something. Often I go to local cooking store or ikea and get a few like nothing special. If I would need something specific I would get that

Well I mean I got like 8 knives lying around(and a few small knives). But I mainly used of like actual a spatula like this, a wooden spoon, tweezers. I’m leaving out the bowls and actual equipment cause I will share that later

Well that might surprise you.. when it comes to utensils I don’t need much but I do have a lot

7 months ago 0 0 1 0

Haha I feel that.. I can say that I might be getting pretty close as well

Would it be interesting to see what a professional cook has actually at home to work with or uses at home often?? 🍋🍽️

Time to take it a bit slower and enjoy the summer weather… having some nice sourdough breads fermented slowly in the fridge fits perfectly with it🍋🍽️

Printed recipe/notebook I use as well , bad memory and to much to remember.

I sometimes feel when I look at certain recipes not everything is mentioned or left out

Sounds like a nice amount of stuff u get. Do u got a slow cooker/instant pot and a sousvide machine as well?

10 months ago 0 0 1 0

No I was wondering in general . Saying you like food or your a foodie is easy. So I was wondering which part of it is interesting to someone.

For content ngl, not something easy to come up with or understand and do something that isn’t burgers or pizza or something like that

10 months ago 1 0 1 0

Well that’s interesting?? So let’s say you make pesto, you don’t switch from pine nuts to hazelnuts or instead of basil use wild garlic or spinach?

10 months ago 0 0 0 0

I find that more interesting as well.. for me unique ingredients is not understandable because I can’t get it and not taste it..

I started to see that a lot of technique or dishes can look very similar which is actually pretty funny

10 months ago 1 0 1 0

So there you can do some interesting experiments like.. can you ferment green asparagus on its own, so no added sugar or honey

10 months ago 1 0 1 0

Like do the techniques that they show or show (on videos) or perhaps unique ingredients or flavor combination or something that u know but in a twist that you haven’t see before/ thought of that makes it interesting for you

10 months ago 0 0 1 0

So this might be an unusual question coming from a chef, but I’m curious. Cooking can be super technical but what do you find interesting? 🍽️🍋
