I've used CBD to help a bit. You could have a over tightened muscle. I feel that adjustment helped me a fair bit.
Dr.kocjancic is pretty awesome. (I'm planning one more minor adjustment with him)

I had twice a week PT sessions and used dick to help me open the depth up more.

I also had one of the leavear ligaments addressed in my recent revision (left side) it was holding a lot of tension and was why I couldn't get the orange to the 5th dot.
