What laptops are people buying these days?

Being a writer is rough. Y'all know. I feel like the hardest part about it is that who can make a living as one these days? Especially in poetry? When was the last decade that poets could make a living as poets?

Also my year where I submitted everywhere including Thinks Highly Of Themselves pubs was pretty dramatic for me. I thought I'd be able to handle all the rejection bc intellectually I did this on purpose and was aware the outcome would be mostly rejection but emotionally, gd I was not prepared

I've noticed I tend to take a year off after a year of submitting. Maybe I need some time to let things coagulate.

I tell y'all what. I didn't submit much last year, but the ones I did I felt really good about, so the rejections that came in were definitely a kick in the pride organ.
