I know that Cefazolin does in fact achieve good level in CNS, but I still prefer continuous infusion ASPs here. Itโ€™s just a matter of experience and comfort with it. If thereโ€™s a legit reason ASPs canโ€™t be done, I would be okay with Cefazolin.
