It’s absolutely insane how afraid people are of EDII… to the point that they are making things unequal, uniform, exclusionary, and deeply privileged. It’s almost like EDII is in place for a reason 🤔 I’m just saying, I wouldn’t be where I am today without EDII policies like OSAP.
