This is crazy. Here in Germany, the kids walk or take the tram to school alone from age 7. In Switzerland, my friend was asked specifically NOT to walk her kids to school so they could learn to be independent.

I started this because most of the content I was seeing for my size range is US-based, with a small section of UK creators. And yes, I was checking in German, French, Dutch, Swedish, etc too. Also I think seeing more 40+ women and what they wear to work is no bad thing.

Someone stole my protein drink from the work fridge. It’s a free drink fridge but as mine was not one of the 6 usually stocked there and there was only one, I assumed my colleagues would not take it. It was in there for half an hour.

Arrrgh. Oh well. Must label it next time.

The method I’m using doesn’t go the vinegar route and I have to say I prefer to go without it. I find I taste it too much in the final egg.

I have done in the past but for solo breakfast I just get it from a Karton. 😉 @cdir.bsky.social doesn’t do eggs.
