Claude Code overview - Claude Code Docs Claude Code is an agentic coding tool that reads your codebase, edits files, runs commands, and integrates with your development tools. Available in your terminal, IDE, desktop app, and browser.

Ah, I chose a great day to get a team license and decide to experiment! I was rather shocked that just the creation of claude.md on my Hugo site cost 5% daily allowance

The details of their life were *interesting* but not sure why anyone would ever go to get their passport without working out everything they need beforehand. We also now know their mother's maiden name, the town they grew up in, and more ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Also... why do you feel the need to virtue police so badly? You don't have to reply to stuff AND announce that you're not ok with boycotting something. ๐Ÿ˜‰

You don't have to tell other people you boycott stuff but if you don't, how will other people know that it's ok to boycott the thing and that others will have their backs if they do? ๐Ÿ˜‰

No to Grok. No to Tesla. No to xai. No to spacex. No to Musk.

I'm not spending my money there and I'm trying not to give my money to Musk-enablers either.

Not that they'll hear it here but businesses only on twitter are insta nope for me.

We can only offset so much from other people's bad actions with our own.

It's really really hard as an individual to be really ethical all the time. Dunno if you watched The Good Place but it's why so many people were going to hell in it.

I think we can do the big stuff right and still be not so great on some low level stuff because complexity but we do what we can.

You can tailor your investment but orgs like palantir won't show in "sin funds" etc making them tough to be readily excluded from your portfolio as a lay person Vs a sophisticated investor. I would judge people or orgs who make significant specific investments though.

That's definitely a bit more of a challenging proposition - obviously it would be great if we didn't have them in but blended funds like FTSE trackers etc will always have a proportion of unethical businesses in so things like pension funds might not give you much choice about where your money goes.
