When Trump loses power, his assets should be liquidated and returned to the American people.
“Farage rarely turns up to do his actual job. Yet he finds time to jet off around the world on his donor’s private plane and trouser half a million quid while families struggle. Reform are not on your side. They’re just in it for themselves”
It’s so obvious, it hurts.

New Australia Institute research shows that the Japanese Government makes more revenue taxing Australian gas than the Australian Government!
"They're taxing our gas. There's no reason we can't."

They're just there, like the Wizard of Oz, hiding there behind the curtains. The ones that look like the big matronly dress...
Trump on the other hand just hides his Project 2025 team behind his cascade of crazy tweets
Was having issues with ours today too
Pauline Hanson’s political surge may have peaked, with her likeability falling and primary support for One Nation edging down to its lowest level in three months

Konrad Benjamin nails the root of the problem: to stop large industries from ripping us all off, politicians need to stop “going to work in the industries that they literally wrote the rules for”🔥
Rules that as Dr Denniss points out, see gas co’s “pay more in PR than PRRT”💥
I'm convinced they aren't even discussing a ceasefire deal.
The US negotiation team are corrupt businessmen. Their first priority is to find ways to make money for themselves. Maybe if that goes well, they'll discuss opening the strait.
How does American politics really work?
pope a dope

WOW: A stunning new report in the WSJ reveals that military advisers intentionally excluded Donald Trump from the command room during the recent high-stakes operation to extract a downed U.S. airman in Iran, because they feared his erratic behavior could jeopardize the mission. 1/
Sign at Westgarth station showing the next train in 42 minutes
Govt just announced more train services coming soon, fixing many of the 30-40 minute waits around the Metro network, as well as more services on the Shepparton line. There's more to do, but this is a great step in the right direction. More trains more often gets more people onto public transport 👍
I reckon give it a go. You can get sample pots of paint 'mistints' sometimes from bunnings for $1 (say background colour) and then pick some leaves on a local walk and paint & stamp using another colour... I picked up some cheap gold acrylic paint, and the gold prints of leaves look pretty awesome
Plywood curtains. Nice
Would you consider painting them? Not just one colour, but something a bit arty?
📢 The quake, which hit near the Iwate prefecture, was strong enough to shake large buildings as far away as Tokyo.
In a nutshell. 😊
Perhaps they could redo the survey for Victorians now that school has gone back
Also, we still have stupid bus routes that take 3 times longer than driving (and that's when you DON'T have to wait for something to turn up)

Excited to attend the ribbon-cutting for the next segment of California’s solar canal initiative later this month in Hickman. Imagine generating solar power over 4,000 miles or so canals across the state. A lot of Sierra and Colorado River water to save via avoided evaporation.
youtu.be/mUgPCE052hw?.... Attacking the Police for being arrested in front of his kids. Yes it's sad, however every day father's and mothers get arrested in front of their kids. That's reality. Just as kids in war-torn countrys see parents killed often just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
