Happy belated birthday! I’m looking forward to reading both of these as well. I’ve read the first two of the Tawada trilogy and I’ve been intrigued by the Salter for a while now. This is a much-needed reminder to place a couple holds with the library soon.

I saw this recently and I couldn’t resist picking it up, too! I haven’t gotten my hands on it yet but this week’s book mail is going to be exciting. I’m glad to hear it makes a good companion to the reading.

I read a short story (Moist House) from Kate Folk’s collection of short stories (Out There) a few years ago. You may be able to find it on Electric Literature. I’ve wanted to read more but I just haven’t gotten around to it yet. Love Katie Kitamura. Need to round out my collection of her work.

I’m interested in all four of these books. I’ve got at least three of them of my current TBR. Need to check on Sour Cherry, though. Looking forward to reading your thoughts on them!

I read it in 2022. It was just okay to me. I may have to reread it eventually since I don’t remember too much about it.
