Seeing my photos last year compared to present just made me breakdown today. I saw how I physically downgraded.
I lost weight, got sick, so much stress and all. My body dysmorphia is at its peak, and realizing I’m not getting younger and I still don’t feel beautiful with my bare face.

Writing can be so therapeutic for dealing with pain and trauma. I've finally stopped crying about things randomly, but writing about them and choosing to sift through those feelings again helps so much with properly dealing with it. Definitely recommend journaling if you're having a rough time.
