Popped out of a concert last weekend to find U street flooded with pigs. The only “crimes” I saw were a) 4 different instances of cops using sirens to cut into traffic then instantly turning them off and b) 10 cops surrounding a dude with a headlight out and boxing in his car w 3 of their own
