Les OS d'Ubisoft Paris alerte sur une situation préoccupante. Les négos sont faites en urgence pour se terminer fin janvier, les IRP font face à une direction intérimaire. La proposition d’accord présentée par les OS n’a même pas été discutée. Cette situation interroge sur la légitimité et l'efficacité du processus. Un sondage mené par l'intersyndicale révèle des chiffres alarmants : près de 200 collègues (~25% des effectifs de l’entreprise) envisagent de quitter l'entreprise suite à l'application d’un retour en présentiel. Des départs ont déjà été enregistrés pour ces mêmes raisons. Les témoignages recueillis font état d'une détresse psychologique croissante parmi les salarié-es. Cette situation s'apparente à un plan social déguisé. Les OS déplorent l'absence de co-construction. Le plan présenté apparaît comme une décision unilatérale du siège, sans réelle marge de négociation possible. La prochaine réunion, peu avant les fêtes de fin d'année, laisse peu d'espoir quant à l'avenir.

Moving on with my liminal open space walking sim. Made a light switch to turn off some lights and used some new PCG features like grammar and ray cast to partition and place most of the assets there.
Not there yet, but moving forward :)
