These are quite poetic. Lovely what shapes a language can make when you don't worry about meaning.

We didn't have the same culture of comics in my part of England in the 70s and 80s. But I loved the Asterix and Tin Tin books. I got chided for it at primary school, so stopped. It's been a genuine joy to get into comics in my 40s and 50s. New ways to enjoy a story.
