When I was a kid, I bought a VHS tape about the history of United from the jumble sale at school. I used to watch this goal again and again. I loved the slow-motion footage from behind the goal. The way he let the ball run past his body and then hit it back across. RIP πŸ‘‘

Anyone wanting to know the story of Hull and how immigration has shaped it including my own Irish heritage should watch this.

No one is illegal. We all came from somewhere for all sorts of reasons. We all go somewhere for all sorts of reasons.

A view inside one of the courtyards of Hampton Court, with the historic building in the background and an array of white gazebos in various states of disarray – upside down, collapsed, sideways etc.

Another view of the same scene from a different angle. More gazebo chaos.

A photo of Rhian Winslade's ceramic salt pots. Three resting in a wooden base. They are a light coloured clay, almost white, with a blue glaze inside. They are lined up horizontally with a silver spoon in each.

An example of Rhian Winslade's porcelain decorations. This one is two porcelain holly leaves, bound together by green ribbon with three red beads for berries. They sit in a box with a page from an old book as backing paper.

My wife's final big craft fair for this year, at Hampton Court Palace, has literally been blown away. That's a massive hit on earnings.

The most stressed out I've ever been about Christmas was when I was 16 and I got my first ever job, working at M&S in Dundrum. As soon as I started I kept hearing these myths about the Christmas Eve Waste Sale, where all the food that wasn't sold on the 24th was marked down 90%.
