I am really glad that have this superb "The Food of Taiwan" second hand hardback cookbook compiled and written by Cathy Erway, which has some really great recipes ideas that shall most surely be prepared and tasted 🇹🇼

I've been watching a beautiful red breasted robin flitting around our garden this afternoon ❤️🐦 And who I've seen on a couple of occasions recently, with a hope that this quite rare but delightful little bird will continue to keep on visiting 🐦❤️

Now that the weather is much nicer here once again, although it is still cold at just 1°C/34°F overnight, the day temperatures has been lovely at 18°C/64°F, which makes the late afternoon one of my favourite times of day, especially when pottering around the garden ☀️
