It's ironic that the US-owned Murdoch paper called The Australian rails against foreigners and immigrants, when it is The Foreigner.

It almost needs a wartime effort, with all hands on deck, to build the gigawatt chargers and infrastructure needed for electric trucks.

I think it would be quicker to get the trucking industry to go electric than to "drill baby drill", as the Liberal Party has been saying, to look for more oil reserves.
