Found a population of critically endangered Gentianella campestris today in northern Roslagen! Seemingly unknown according to Artportalen. 28 flowering individuals hanging on in the road verge. Next years rosettes in place!
Midsummers eve means peak orchid with a “lifer”! Herminium monorchis or the musk orchid 😅. I do like the Swedish name of honey orchid best 😄

Last week, we met in sunny☀️ Uppsala with our @biodiversaplus.bsky.social FuncNet project partners to discuss the work done and manuscript ideas and plan our coming fieldwork.
We also had a short trip to one of the Swedish project sites, where we found already first cowslip leaves and pollinators 🌻🐝
