Cannot wait. I got to talk to the team behind this in 2023, who told me: "Believe it or not, this is 100% stop-motion, including the explosions and sawdust. We filmed the sawdust separately (tried millions of takes...) and layered the best version with the characters."

Just wrapped a weeks-long Adventure Time rewatch with the kid.Love that show so much. I miss episode counts that let you marinate in world building and the characters through major plot arcs as well as incidental "filler". Really recontextualized our recent watch of Fionna and Cake too. (also great)
