Thanks. Feel like the natural colour scheme only makes how unnatural they are stand out even further, and from the comments I've had, it works.

Finally time for the group pic of what I've gotten painted so far for my nids.
Barely over 600pts so far, kinda forgotten how cheap in-game the horde factions were. Plenty more to build and paint to get it up to size.

Unit of hyperadapted Raveners
Two of the Raveners, the one with the venom spray, and the one with the toxin claws.
Ravener prime (leader)
Final two Raveners, the one with the sensors and the tougher more armoured one with the crushing claws and Mawloc style mouth
Finished my last unit of already built #tyranids now. A unit of the Killteam Raveners with all the extras.

3k point list for a massive Heresy event next weekend, the largest one in Finland as far as I know. First time taking part now that I finally have a full playable 3k list painted. More pictures below..
Group pic of my Cawdor gang, numbering well over 50 models now, including redemptionist, bomb rats, shin birds, and brutes.
My Cawdor gang as seen at the end of my first campaign that I ran
My Cawdor gang at the start of my first dominion campaign that I ran.
My Cawdor leader, the Silent Knight. A sister of silence stranded in the underhive, who has taken the identity of a Cawdor house agent who tried to kill her. Her followers mistake the sense of unease from being near a null for their guilt and shame coming to the surface from being in the presence of such a pious individual.
Most yellow thing(s) in my collection is probably my Cawdor 'gang' for #Necromunda.
Lore for my gangs leader in the Although Text as too much to fit in the regular comment.
Winger Tyranid prime with a part of Ripper swarms.
Winged prime and a pair of Ripper swarms finished so far today.
Gives me a proper leader mini for the force.
87/100 finished for my million minis pledge.

On a roll, and finished ten Genestealers as well, over the afternoon and evening. Just got a winged prime, some rippers, and a set of the ravanger Killteam left to do out of what I've built and based coated so far.
These 'stealers bring me up to 84/100 for my pledge.

10 model squad of Tyranid Termagants.
Next squad finished. The first batch (of many I'll assume) of Termagants.

Interesting little lore nugget.
10 model unit of Tyranid Hormagaunts
Side picture of two Hormagaunts to show the colour scheme better.
First infantry unit done with a squad of Hormagaunts. Really like the new sculpts. So much character in the poses compared to the Termagants. Will likely pick more up later.

As promised, here's some better pics of the finished Arbites!

Thanks, the scheme was for my Necromunda Malstrains gang, so a more 'sickly' scheme was appropriate. Ended up enjoying the scheme so much, I've done some extra units for Inquisimunda, and might expand it fully into a 40k army depending on 11th edition is received.
A trio of Von Ryan's Leepers painted in my Necromunda Malstrains colour scheme.
Finally finished up some more 'nids after a break and endless distractions.
First up is a trio of Von Ryan's Leepers I picked up as part of some random Combat patrol magazines.
40/100 minis painted for the 1 million minis challenge.

Trip to Warhammer World Saturday.
Good day out that was needed. Ate too much, spent too much, took a shit load of pictures.
Was good to have a quick chat with @garro30k.bsky.social, while he played in a multi-player game of Necromunda.
Small selection of pics to follow.
I could do a multi-hour video covering what I'd want to do with Necromunda if I was incharge. But short term, I'd like to see the remaining pre-house book gangs get updated (with model support), the various alliance delegations get minis, and the 'missing' Orlock brute and Delaque wastes kit.
Honestly just want to know what's next and what to expect in the mid-term range. Are we returning to Secundus, going to new places, finishing the gang books for the remaining pre-'house of' gangs, will we see updated house books to bring in all the newer kits/vehicles from later publications etc.
Bad early turns for the nomads. Two fighters out of action, including one of the two brutes, and two more on fire.

Overview of the table. 2 cawdor, 1 Escher, 1 Venators, 1 Orlock, and my Nomads
At Warhammer World for the day. First up is a six player Ash Wastes game of #Necromunda, with my all mounted Nomads claiming the settlement as their starting location.

Always happy to meet people I know online. We've booked some of the 'ash waste' like boards. Will likely be running an all-Helamite rider gang myself.
Four ash wastes nomads on Helamites, and six on foot. With assorted weapons.
Heading to Warhammer World for a game or two of #Necromunda on Saturday so naturally decided 3 days before to paint up a load of alternative weapon loadouts for my Nomads to use. This ain't my list, gonna get that sorted tomorrow morning before work.

Don't believe there's a proper RPG, although the tabletop is pretty close and works well for groups of fighters.
Have seen campaigns ran with players controlling a single gang between them Vs a DM control enemy.
Yeah, been building it tile by tile for about five years or so now.
4'x5' Necromunda table made up of lots of Zone Mortalis and other plastic terrain kits. Main feature is a large building in the center of one long edge, with a 'Street' of market stalls going across to the opposite side.

A few extra shots of the table set up.

Played game five of my #Necromunda campaign this morning as my Enforcers raid a Delaque Gambling den. It did not go well with Natch-Gul and a Spector ambushing the flanks.
Did get to use a load of new tiles though including the market street and the guild hall (representing the den).

Four Tarantula sentry turrets painted in a black version of my Son's of Horus scheme. Two with twin heavy bolters, the other two have melts arrays.
4 tarantula turrets done for my SoH. Still got the other weapons to do, plus some of the anti-air middle platforms but moving on from the SoH for the moment as I need a change.

No idea, probably not good. They get expensive quite quickly and only have the survivability of normal marines.
But them deep Striking in with the red middles and phosphex should act as a good disruption for the enemies back field.
Now back to our regularly scheduled SoH posts. 10 man Destoryer squad finished. Built using the MKVI assault marines, with parts from the resin Destroyer squad, MKII shoulder pads, and vambraces from the MKIII kit to help bulk them out, volkite pistols are from the Moritat. #Warhammer

JOYTOY Lieutenant Titus helmet in the box sat on my hobby room chair.
JOYTOY Lieutenant Titus helmet on its stand with the lights for the eye lenses turned out.
The stand by itself.
Rare selfie with the helmet one. Ignore the Sons of Horus t-shirt.
The Lieutenant Titus helmet has finally arrived!
More spacious inside than the Hasbro Star wars ones, as I can keep my glasses on in this one. The stand is cool as well, but now I need to figure out where to put it.

Converted Tyranid Lictor with replacement head and arms from the Necromunda Malstrain Genestealers kit. Placed on one of my Secundus Board tiles and photo edited to look like green toned night vision with the Lictor intentionally out of focus and the camera at an angle.
And now for something entirely different. My #Necromunda campaign group does multiplayer games in-between the main games. And we decided to do 'Monster Hunt' so I painted up a Lictor to match my Malstrain Genestealers. Used a Malstrain head and arms on it to help it fit with them better.
