California is offering up to $2,000 for new e-bikes. Here’s how to cash in California is offering up to $2,000 in vouchers for some people who want to buy an e-bike.

Applications open 12/18 for those eligible. Vouchers can be used for helmets, locks, etc too. Appreciate CARB's use of higher income thresholds for eligibility.
