Art vs artist 2024!!

A giant pink and fleshy penguin in a blizzard. It’s from H P Lovecraft’s At The Mountains Of Madness. It has no eyes, and has rotten holes in its body. It’s gross.

Had the urge to draw the giant albino mutant penguins from the H.P. Lovecraft novella, AT THE MOUNTAINS OF MADNESS!

It’s one of my favourites by him. I love the idea of explorers stumbling into an uncanny environment that is unknown and desolate, and piecing together a mystery.

A person with a small star on his left cheek under his eye looks a bit exited, it’s Christmas and is about to receive a gift (or at least, one can suppose since it’s not visible on the image itself) as he excitedly asks “I wonder what I got!”

In this panel he (probably off screen) got the gift, his hands are on the closed bag with the Christmas gift.

In this panel, the hands finally open the bag, ironically, there is an underwear at the bottom of the bag reading “Ho! Ho!” all over it

The person looks at the gift in shock and disbelief, visibly confused and disturbed at such gift, as the text “WTF?!” are above him, as to show what he’s thinking in his head.
