Apparently it’s now a tradition that if I start a new job I get a flat tyre on the way to the train station…
thankfully (🫠??) I’ve dealt with this before and so no panic this time. I really don’t like this tradition that I’ve accidentally started (diff car to last too btw!!)

Although, this does not mean that the average reader will not be able to appreciate it and gain something from this book - I certainly have gained a lot.
I would say that it is perhaps a better resource for mental health providers/professionals than for the average person looking for a self-help book to work through mental health struggles themselves at home.
