A large, dark-colored animal with a prominent snout and small, rounded ears is captured up close in a playful pose, sticking out its tongue. The animal stands on a damp, earthy ground surrounded by lush greenery and trees in the background. The lighting suggests an overcast or evening setting, adding a sense of depth to the image. The animal's curious and expressive face takes center stage in this lively, natural scene.

Bananas came by early tonight for his bananas, of course. He tried to kiss me again.

A digital illustration of Archaeopteryx, a small, bird-like dinosaur. It is depicted leaping from a tree, wings outstretched, in pursuit of a dragonfly.

homogenous colors all throughout, even on the face rugosities, with a plastic-like look. Would've loved some roughnesses and "burnt" spots like on rajasaurus (inspired by marine iguanas). Or something like Ugueto's original concept art which they didn't fully apply lol

Sunrise over a distant mountain range. The foreground has snow covered sagebrush and boulders. There is a stand of ponderosa pines. The sky is stormy cloudy but glowing yellow gold with a sunrise.

Here the result of the last formation stream of 2024.
Over the course of 6 hours we explored the many organisms that inhabited the reefs of the Whitewater formation.

Personally for art I think my goal of 2025 is going to see if I can improve enough to get recognition from other artists or actual paleontologist. Is this a bad goal?

How Unfortunate…

Valibonavenatrix finds himself caught in a horrendous storm surge, witnessing the worst of this storm from the poor Garumbatitan being hit with some lightning. I’m super happy with this piece and can’t wait to do more!

Considering the rarity of fossilization, let alone for large animals, the sheer expanse of deep time (especially at the scale of ~125 million years), and the delicate preservation of soft tissue, it's insane - maybe a miracle - that something like Yutyrannus was found at this level of completeness.

WIP!

Progress on my next piece, I’m happy with most things but I’m kinda lost with how to do the horizon, if anyone has any suggestions I’d be happy to take them!
