In the UK, 10.2 million tonnes of food is wasted every year. At FoodCycle, we are tackling this by transforming surplus food into nourishing community meals while promoting sustainable food choices.
From 22nd to 29th April, every donation to FoodCycle through BigGive.org will be doubled, helping us maximise our impact.
At FoodCycle, sustainability is at the heart of what we do. From cooking with surplus ingredients to championing sustainable food choices, we’re working to change attitudes to food and its impact on our planet.
Something exciting is coming…
We’re proud to be partnering with Big Give this April for their Earth Raise campaign, supporting projects that make a positive impact on the environment.
This is what it’s really about. Not just the food on the plate, but the moments shared around it. The conversations, the laughter, the feeling of belonging.
Because a meal is never just a meal 💚

“I enjoy eating with other people because it's a chance to connect, share stories and enjoy good food together. Meals feel more meaningful when there's laughter and conversation around the table.”
We often share the numbers. Meals served, food saved, volunteers involved.
But the real impact of FoodCycle is much harder to measure.

We’re wishing all three of you the very best of luck. Your dedication, commitment and support means so much, and every mile you run will help us continue bringing people together through food.
Linda and Mei Ling are our charity place runners and have trained so hard over the last few months to achieve their best on the day. Tom secured a ballot place and has chosen to raise funds for us, too.
The TCS London Marathon takes place on Sunday 26th April, and we have some amazing runners taking part for FoodCycle.
By supporting our projects, Pip & Nut helps make these moments possible, showing how businesses can play a role in building stronger, more connected communities.
