My legal case against the Labour Party is the first to test the Supreme Court Judgment FWS v SGM.
Can you help to 'stop the rot' of losing trans rights?

While decent people standing against genocide in Palestine got arrested, just yards away, bigots marched seeking the social genocide of trans people in the UK.
A huge thank you to the 167 people who have donated to my Crowdjustice campaign.

Thank you for your kind words.
Yes, this action could be the first to directly test the Supreme Court’s decision. In other cases, we argue it doesn’t give rise to a mandatory exclusion rule. However, her case concerns inclusion. And it is clear the statutory language is incompatible with Convention rights and civil liberties.
As we approach 100k signatures, we’ve an incredibly important and beautiful project to share.
#DanceOfIdentity follows Sophie (a trans woman) and her partner Sandi (a cis woman) as they navigate their careers, relationship and personal journeys in 2020s Britain.

I rarely post here, but a huge thank you for your support over the last ten days or so.
Always fighting for what is right.
Always fighting for trans rights.
This will probably be a slow and enraging job, but I'm going to start a thread to examine the documents put together as justifications for removing hormone therapy as a (theoretical) option for under 18s on the NHS

How easy would it be for parliament to correct the erroneous Supreme Court judgment in ‘For Women Scotland v Scottish Ministers’?

It was such an amazing evening. I am so grateful to @mimmymum.bsky.social conspiring with Munroe Bergdorf to get me on stage.
An evening I will never forget.

Tell us what happened las.
I got chucked out the venue.
Yeh but why?
I was being transphobic.
In the venue?
Yeah it was in the venue.
Scalp.
Our letter to Wes Streeting, sent today, is now live on the TransLucent website.
Apologies to our supporters who could not see the text in my earlier post.

TransLucent's letter to the Minister for Health and Social Care, sent earlier today.
Well, yes, trans people are getting drugs; yes, from entirely unregulated sources; yes, without counselling; yes, without blood tests; yes, they are self-administering; yes, without clinical oversight; yes, risking long term harm; yes, it is highly suboptimal.
What did you think would happen?
10. Conclusion, Recommendations & Permission. 10.1 The EHRC’s position has consistently aligned with GCN including on (but not limited to): legal gender recognition; conversion practices; sex and gender data collection; the definition of “sex” in the Equality Act; and operation of gendered services. With growing GCI in the UK, media, & politics, political interference & lack of international collaboration, the EHRC has uncritically adopted these positions as fact, putting GCNs above its duty to provide guidance based on the present state of law. The EHRC’s position is contrary to international human rights standards. 10.2 We are not aware of any efforts by the EHRC to re-align their position with stakeholders as stated in these PPs: Non-governmental organizations responsible for human rights [...] trade unions, concerned social and professional organizations … qualified experts; or Parliament. 10.3 The EHRC is not independent & does not promote & protect human rights of all, per international standards. It is in breach of PP A.3 & G.O.s 1.2, 1.3 & 1.4. We seek a further urgent review of the EHRC’s accreditation status given the accumulated further information since the last review (SCA in its Oct. 2025 review decided to keep monitoring the UK.) 10.4 We give permission for the information contained in this submission to be shared with any necessary parties. 5 Signed: Dr Victoria McCloud for Trans Exile Network, [redacted address] Émilie Weidl for Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention & Human Security, [redacted address]
Really pleased to see this further submission to GANHRI about the EHRC, this time from @transexilenetwork.co.uk and the #LemkinInstitute.

Furthermore these figures are underestimates. If Alice had died at her first OD her death wouldn’t have been recorded as a trans death. How many other child suicides are deaths of trans people who’ve not yet come out to hostile family or came out and were abused, with their identity denied in death?
Thank you! Thats very kind.
(2) from the recent public statements from ex-EHRC Chair Baroness Fawkner, and ex-EHRC Commissioner Reindorf, that they should never have been appointed in the first place and continue their campaign of trans exclusion.

Very encouraged by the report and draft Resolution of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe for a ban on conversion practices, which aligns with #HumanRights standards. @kateosbornemp.bsky.social
