I turned 74 cards (plus 30 bucks) into 5 much prettier, shinier cards.

They already announced we're getting a KPDH secret lair this year in one of their shareholder meetings.

I am happy with pretty much all of these decisions, though I think "banned as companion" is a bad choice and would suggest a different designation I know we can all agree on: "banned as a companion unless your commander is an otter."

Decided to actually put all my laundry in my dresser rather than just letting it sit in my clean laundry basket for once, and have discovered there isn't actually enough room in my dresser for all my clothes.

I am massively in favor of the hybrid mana rules change because I realized it means they could have made Alisaie hybrid red/white if it worked that way and I will forever rally against this injustice. Girl is RED. Secondary color white, sure, but her moral code involves a lot of stabbing.

Stopped by Dice n Duels in Fernley for their Commander night. Honestly going to other towns LGSes for game nights is super fun. Also found a really weird TTRPG book for 10 bucks and impulse bought it.

Spent most of my time here playing Pokemon Go. Fitting I could finally evolve my shiny sirfetch'd in a town called GOLDfield.

Spending this morning exploring a ghost town. I feel like if I walked through this, I'd get isekai'd.

Trying to figure out if this episodes release is simply a coincidence or if Red saw the first episode of CR Campaign 4 was about the funeral of someone with a lasting impact on all the main characters, got the idea in her head, and it was made in 3 weeks of hyperfixation... 🤔

Looking at this image my first thought is "Oh God Jo got hit by a disintegration ray!"

Like the whole thing mega evolution was supposed to do was breathe life into some underappriciated mons, but that was totally undercut by giving already OP and popular mon like Charizard, Lucario, and Mewtwo megas when they really didn't need them, drawing attention away from the more unique megas.

My #Pokemon hot take is still that regional forms are superior to mega evolutions. They aren't limited to one per party which ironically limited team building cus you're obligated to run one, they can come back in other games without needing a gimmick attached, and they highlight niche mons better.
