Just watched the documentary “1971” about activists breaking into the FBI office in Media, PA. The documents published by the Washington Post started breaking through the secrecy at the FBI. The journalist, Betty Medsger, wrote a book called “The Burglary” that lays out the whole story.

Smoked pork chops with sautéed apples, onions, cinnamon, sage, and thyme plus broccoli (olive oil, crushed red pepper, garlic, lemon balsamic vinegar) and egg noodles. Delish, if I do say so myself!
