Hey Arnold was always my fav Nick Toon but Rugrats is very S tier

We never had a blockbuster though. Never got to experience that chain. We did have two mom and pop ones one store was called SHE Video (Shawnee Home Entertainment) I used to go there alot as they had a great wrestling tape library

In order to get certain games or hot new movies we always had to call first thing in the morning to make sure they had a copy available. Early into the 32bit Gen I remember buying Turtles in Time and Sunset Riders from there at very steap discounts

This one wasn't really mom and pop but my home town had a Video Rental called Front Row Video we had at one point 3 of them I rented all of my movies and games from the 8 and 16bit era from there. Tuesdays and Thursdays were Dollar Days on everything.
