Ummm… what the what?!? I worked with these people for many years. I’m dumbfounded, profoundly disappointed and really sad to learn this is what happened.
Thank you! Great to meet you today
Cedrick Frazier has my strong support for our next Hennepin County Attorney!
You are actually fighting for us! Thank you thank you thank you!
Whelp, great job Republican/conservative Jews who actually believed he wants to keep us safe. Do you think Stephen Miller will hide you in his attic?
What was MPD doing in Jan & Feb to rack up all that overtime?!? Not ONE citation, ticket or actual action to protect us from masked, armed thugs zooming around w/out plates, tackling educators on school grounds and letting off poisonous gas at playgrounds. What are we spending all this money for???
Subscribed! You are providing an immensely important service to our community. Thank you!
Just when I think I can’t be more surprised or utterly disgusted by this administration…
Don’t know if this is true, but it should be. Dogs are better than us and they know…
Heck yeah, @hennepinatty.bsky.social !! Thank you for fighting for Renee and Alex and Minnesota! 💙🩵
Every system is exquisitely designed to produce exactly the results it gets. Healthcare be SO BROKEN in this country and state! Case study: HCMC & Mayo
As a delegate to the Hennepin County convention (already STRONGLY committed to @cedrickfrazier.bsky.social), this piece strengthens my conviction that we must get Cedrick elected as our next County Attorney. The stakes couldn’t be higher.
My thoughts on the Minneapolis PoPoPalace. In screenshot format.

Minneapolis residents deserve better than a $38M foregone conclusion. ⚠️Vote ’NO’ on the land purchase. And get back to helping our community heal and thrive! (11/12)
Before further action on this project, the City must: 1) ID what the Settlement actually requires re: a new facility; 2) conduct a full public options analysis for meeting the needs; 3) return this project to the standard CLIC process for evaluation against the many worthy needs in Mpls. (10/11)
The City is currently seeking $19M in state bonding for this project, making it a centerpiece of our 2026 legislative agenda. At a moment when our schools, small businesses and neighbors have urgent, competing needs, we should not make a police training facility our marquee ask in St Paul! (9/12)
In Dec 2025, $5.5M for predesign got inserted via a last minute 2026 budget amendment, circumventing the independent, citizen-led review process (CLIC) that exists for exactly this reason. Maybe we should use the predesign $$ to publicly explore all viable options to meet this need? (8/12)
MPD has requested capital funding for this same project configuration ANNUALLY since 2021. And it ranked among the Capital Long-Range Investment Committee’s LOWEST PRIORITIES every. single. time. Including in 2025! (7/12)
Since 2021, MPD has pursued exactly one approach: build a new, Mpls-specific facility, with no evidence that other options or approaches were seriously evaluated (regional partnerships, shared facilities, etc.) What options have been considered? Why is this approach supposedly best? (6/12)
❓What components of the proposed facility are actually required to meet the settlement goals?
❓How will a new, dedicated training facility lead to reduced police misconduct?
Invoking the agreement to justify $38M in spending without that specificity is a shield AGAINST accountability! (5/12)
The City has repeatedly invoked the MDHR Settlement Agreement as justification for this project - this framing deserves serious scrutiny. The agreement exists to REDUCE POLICE MISCONDUCT, not authorize unchecked spending on public safety facilities. (4/12)
This expenditure has not been adequately justified and the City's rush to move forward without answering basic questions of process, accountability and fiscal responsibility is wholly unacceptable. (3/12)
At a moment when our neighbors are at real risk of eviction, small businesses are profoundly struggling and MPS has a $30-50M deficit, making a $38M police training facility the centerpiece of our state legislative agenda reflects a PROFOUND MISALIGNMENT OF PRIORITIES☹️. (2/12)
⚠️Hey Mpls City Council⚠️ (especially Ward 11 @jamisonwhiting.bsky.social): I strongly urge you to vote 🚫NO🚫 on the upcoming land purchase for the new Public Safety Training and Wellness Center. (1/12)
This expenditure has not been adequately justified and the City's rush to move forward without answering basic questions of process, accountability and fiscal responsibility is wholly unacceptable. (3/x)
