Growing up in NZ in the 70s/80s, we only had 2 TV channels. 3 from mid-80s.

Watching “Solid Gold” (yes, we got that in NZ), and they introduced Split Enz as an Australian band! How very dare they! Mind you… no one in the US probably knew NZ.

My all-time fave track still to this day.
