We are going waterfall hunting this week. Today we are having eggs (with Penzey’s fix point seasoning), bacon and coffee.

We did a baked egg skillet with sweet peppers, brisket, cilantro, red onions and a layer of sliced potatoes and some Gouda cheese for brunch.

We went to the Highland Games this weekend staring with the Whisky tasting Friday night. Some light cattle rustling may have occurred.
