Along the way, you'll learn new tools and methods to get the result you want! It's about putting to practice! 👍

To answer your question, it took about 1-2 months to get used to blender. What kept me up to speed was working on smaller, simple projects that goes through the modelling, texturing, lighting and rendering phase 😄 That donut tutorial was where I started!

I drew this for the vgen challenge this month! 🌹 And I like Nana Osaki too!

Pushed through for this piece since the deadline was so close and weekday nights were the only free time available. My limits have been reached 🥀

Painted differently for this piece! I usually have hundreds of layers but I decided to merge the sketch line, base colour and lighting (character only) into one and painted over on a new layer.
It was painful in a refreshing way, a little more leeway to fix issues too 😂
