#MegaDuck Super Junior Computer gets reversed! I invested several hours to pull "proper" schematics out of the PCBs and shared them on GitHub.
During the process I also completely redrew the MainBaord PCB surrounding the CPU.

The PicoDVI-N64 has audio support. But right now first thing to figure out is, what is wrong with my tool chain 😅 cause regardless of what I did, I just got "no signal". @zwenergy.bsky.social pointed out I should try the uf2 from the release page which finally produced a picture.

Finally! External #MegaDuck Laptop HDMI based on #PicoDVI is working.
This is pulled directly from @remysharp.com pico-dmg-arcade as I'm currently unable to compile working code myself. Need to figure out how, to add audio support though 😁

An open Playstation 1 SCPH-5xx1 model with the PU-18 revision motherboard. There is a custom ROM chip soldered in to replace the BIOS and an open source optical drive replacement installed as well.

I have concluded my open source experiments with the PlayStation 1! I wanted to see if I could remove the region lock, install an open source disk drive replacement, and make it all work with a libre BIOS. Good news: you can!

My IPS mod for the #MegaDuck Super Junior Computer finally got a frame to hold the GBP Q5 display.
It also locks against the adapter PCB and creates a good tight fit ^^

Now I need to find a nice way to access the OSD without the capacitive-pads (inconvenient)

Took a Conkers BfD Repro, added an UltraCIC-III 6103 so it runs on PAL as well as NTSC. Can't wait to have time to play it ❤️

Today my 4Mbit flashes arrived.
I immediately tested them and what should I say? Success!
The first ever to exist #MegaDuck FlashCart supporting SRAM saves 👌

This is now a standalone DataBank Module with embedded memory.

At first the flash cart caused the system to crash completely... I therefore analyzed the memory module port to find out I missed one trace... CS for FRAM is generated via A14 and CS... I only found the A14 connection first 😅

First iteration of my #MegaDuck Flash+FRAM Cart.
Unfortunately I forgot to order the proper flash (4Mbit) but that's okay.

Should support all known mappers as well as SRAM saves.

The Voice-Chip of my #MegaDuck Laptop has a broken trace under the Blob... therefore i needed to come up with a replacement.
RP2040 FTW! This uses "pico-pwm-audio" by @robingrosset with a few changes to cycle through the 6 files.
Now only the CMD-IF is left 👍

Want to replace my MegaDuck Laptops Display with an RIPS Q5. In order to achieve this I first successfully attached a DMG Display I had lying around 👌

Designed my own version of #PicoNES

Wanted a PicoNES as close as possible to the NES ^^

Supports #BlueRetro incl. Controller detection as well as (probably) remote Power-ON (still to be tested).

Final Version will also replace the µSD Module and with µSD-Slot.

Today was pre-christmas 😍 I got a lot of toys (and duties 😅) from Consoles4You . I believe I SpyderMS (codename for ViperMS programmer🤪) my old gbaHD-US will get a new shell as well 😍 finally: no longer missing the "D" 😉

Thanks to my recent haul from Aliexpress, I was able to secure a replacement Spartan board. After programming the latest firmware on it, I installed it into my GBAHD and IT LIVES!!
