I'm not sure what Trump is trying to do here. He tore up the JCPOA and bombed Iran 2x in the middle of negotiations.
Trump will have to give *more* than the JCPOA did. If he's not ready to do that, it's hard to see how the conflict doesn't extend and how oil and gas facilities don't take fire.

I think this sells nationwide in a Democratic Primary.
They somewhat recently got a meaningful majority to dramatically change the law. Why would Thomas and Alito give that up. Even if they lose the ability to replace judges for the next 6 years, it's not the end of the world.
