Yep, again my department is quite understaffed. I was hired in with 7 other team leads and only 3 of us remain, and they have not replaced anyone.

Only reinforced by shifting from "new customer experience" to the focus on retention. Immediately tell me new prospects are drying up and that we are trying to just preserve the current clients.

Could be both lol. The place I work for is technically a tech company and accounting is only a small portion of the services we provide. And the last town hall did not fill me with confidence because I know how to read a graph. 30% yearly growth! (Q3 and Q4 were completely flat though)

Lmao...checked my slack because I have a meeting soon, and turns out the head of our QA and like special projects for accounting is no longer with the company. Basically I've worked here 6 months and I've seen 8 team leads/managers leave or be laid off.
