Tailwind is rewriting CSS badly by arbitrary syntax.

I know you probably meant something declarative in HTML, but I'd like a *property* instead: a `forElement` that, like `commandForElement`, can refer to an element without an id and even inside or outside a shadow root.

As an Italian, I say mistakes were made.
