Unfortunately for now Krita isn't available on ios, it might be possible to use it on iOS by having it on pc and using a program like astropad to be able to mirror it on to a iOS though.
Based off of my experiences I would recommend Ibis paint x, there's also apps like medibang, sketchbook, art set 4, tayasui sketches, picsart color, artstudio pro, etc that seem decent but I'm not super familiar with them. There are also other Adobe programs but have similar issues to photoshop. :)
