It was both the best laugh and the best cry I've had in a long time

I just laughed really hard at a video I'm watching and I started laughing so hard that I cried, and then I was just crying. And it feels amazing just to cry, even though I'm not really sad about anything. I think my hormones are starting to work.

I'm not really angry, at least not at the people who voted for Trump. I just feel really sad because I think they'll be hurt by his presidency too even if they don't realize it. I'm definitely scared and need to find ways to get more involved.
