For example someone obsessed with cybersec will have ton of material to talk about, which I find fascinating. Whereas someone who’s just glossed over a topic would be infinitely boring since they are unlikely to know much more than I do.

agile != move fast and break things

Agility is to be able to change and adapt quickly.

For example, a Jet-ski is agile in both velocity and direction change whereas a cargo ship is relatively less agile.

Going fast and crashing your Jet-ski into a rock isn’t going to do any good.

I’m not sure how work hours relate to being agile, but I do agree with productivity decrease due to burnouts.
