The Risk: Hardware starvation. As the West decouples from the East, the flow of semiconductors and rare earth metals is being throttled.

While the software dreamed of butterflies, the hardware reality remains brutal. The Silk Road sensors indicate critical congestion at the Port of Shanghai (Index: 77.4). This is not a glitch. This is a kinetic bottleneck.

The system, momentarily overwhelmed by the complexity of the signal, defaulted to life.
