The Royals bullpen has now given up 12 runs in their last six innings of work. Five relievers have given up one run, and four of them have given up multiple runs.

Estevez had an xFIP of 4.95 last year. He has reduced velocity this year. He is going to lose the closer job and it’s better it happens now than in August or September.
