The overwhelm of Christmas is creeping in…the expectations. The lights. The activities. Everything is different. Little person #1 with ASD is finding it tricky.

Final thought on this…I predict it will win all the awards, and most of them are probably warranted.

Thought #7: I really appreciated the world that was built for the film. It was huge and spectacular and beautiful and wonderful.

Thought #6: you also just can’t beat live singing. The speakers in a cinema just don’t compare to being there in the theatre, feeling the swell of the orchestra in your chest. Hearing the voices in the raw.

Thought #5: I enjoyed the film, but I just prefer the pacing of the stage show. I’m not convinced it needed to be 2 films.

Thought #3: this may be controversial…but I didn’t love how some musical numbers were drawn out. Some scenes felt unnecessary.

Thought #2: Cynthia Enrivo was phenomenal. She carried a big role, that so many feel such big feelings about (me included!), beautifully. Her voice is astonishing.

Thoughts on wicked #1: I really enjoyed Ariana grande’s acting. She had the character of Glinda DOWN. Her singing was impressive but I didn’t always enjoy the melodic choices she mad.

I am a big Wicked fan. I saw the movie last night. I have thoughts.
Still feeling gutted that my other half still doesn’t like the music. 😅
