Integrity has defined my brother’s service to our nation, as a combat veteran, astronaut, and US Senator. Any effort to undermine that is an abuse of power.

As a former NASA Astronaut and a retired U.S. Navy Captain, Scott Kelly knows a thing or two about leadership and taking on big challenges. I am honored to have the support of @stationcdrkelly.bsky.social and so many incredible leaders across Colorado’s 4th Congressional District! LET'S GO!

So many urgent issues. They all point back to one thing: democracy.

@StationCDRKelly.bsky.social spoke to us after his 3rd trip to Ukraine. He’s seen firsthand what’s at stake.

Watch his message for @u24.gov.ua.

This is what democracy looks like.

Thank you, Scott, for your steadfast leadership.

Last fall, @stationcdrkelly.bsky.social visited Kyiv for the 3rd time in the last 3 years. Our ambassador emphasized the resilience he saw in Ukrainians and urged his country and the world to stand with Ukraine.

Sky Sentinel: fundraiser for peaceful nights We’re raising $1,500,000 for 10 AI-controlled air defense turrets that will protect Ukrainians from russian attacks.

I’ve been to Ukraine 3 times in the last 3 years. During that time, Russia has launched over 45,000 drones at this brave, resilient country. Let’s help @U24.gov.ua fund 10 air defense turrets that will protect Ukrainians from Russian attacks: u24.gov.ua/sky-sentinel

Proud of my wife @amikokelly for stepping in as Communications Director for our local Indivisible chapter in Colorado—right in the heart of Boebert’s new district.

Follow her and @indivisiblerox.bsky.social to see the work she’s leading.

We need all hands on deck.

One of our many goodbyes, separated by glass — a symbol of what was to become: 500 days apart, separated by an entire atmosphere. That one time when ‘see you later’ carried the weight of everything unsaid. We knew it would change us.

Earth Day is every day, anywhere on Earth. Recently spent a day in it here—among the Himalayan cedars and quiet trails of Mashobra, Shimla. We’ve got work to do to protect this planet we call home. And that work starts now, wherever on the planet you are.

You can take it off the wall, but you can’t erase him.

On a special tour of the White House last year, I stood in front of President Obama’s portrait, and it reminded me of the time I met him after my husband returned to Earth from nearly a year in space.

Travel expands empathy. It reminds you that power fades, love endures, and a little perspective goes a long way.

History here is breathtaking, brutal, and deeply human.

Back home feels heavy. But here, I’m reminded: curiosity, compassion, and connection still matter.

Maybe more than ever.

Yesterday, in our 60th country traveled together, we stood where love and loss carved their names into history.

At the Taj Mahal—a monument to devotion.
At Agra Fort—where the emperor who built it spent his final days imprisoned by his son, forced to admire his masterpiece from afar.

Last night in NYC, I had the honor of watching @stationcdrkelly.bsky.social recognized at the Heroes of Democracy event for his unwavering support of Ukraine. Since the invasion began, he’s made three trips and helped raise nearly $4 million—standing with those fighting for their freedom.

It’s OK to disagree with Elon Musk—I do it myself on occasion. LOL.

But it’s not OK to burn his cars. That’s wrong. And a crime.

Welcome home to my former Navy and astronaut colleagues—Butch and Suni! You’ve shown the world what true professionalism, dedication, and endurance look like. Glad to see your safe return.

What you’ve accomplished isn’t just about a successful mission—

russians made this couple leave Kostiantynivka, located 10 km from the frontline.

The woman suffered a stroke and requires continuous medical care, with no medical facilities around (russia destroyed them).

Her husband was holding her hand all the way to the nearest hospital❤️

The Only Thing Abandoned is the Truth Preserving NASA’s Legacy Amidst a Vortex of Misinformation

The only thing abandoned is the truth. I spent years at NASA, where facts ruled—you can’t fake physics or negotiate with gravity. So why are some so willing to deny truth? When history gets rewritten and facts twisted to serve power, we all lose. open.substack.com/pub/amikokel...

Elon was the one who switched sides and aligned with the enemy—that’s the definition of a traitor. Mark has been on Team America his entire life.

And I know this because I’ve known him my entire life.

Senator Mark Kelly was my Commander on the Space Shuttle Discovery during my trip back to Earth. I know him well - that's him holding my newborn baby. I have tremendous respect for him as a leader and as a patriot. I would never, ever question his dedication to our country.

So, Elon called my brother-in-law a traitor.

Interesting take, considering Musk supports authoritarian regimes over democratic ones. Mark’s spent his life serving this country.

So much projection.

I just got back from 36 hours in Ukraine with my brother Scott. Wanted to share a story from while we were there. At a hospital, we talked with a wounded Ukrainian soldier.

I asked him what he thought about the recent change in US policy. His response in English was, “What the fuck.”

Heartbroken by the passing of former Houston Mayor and U.S. Congressman Sylvester Turner. His leadership shaped Houston.

We cherish the memory of him officiating our wedding, a testament to his warmth and commitment to bringing people together. Sending love to his family and all who mourn him.

Facts: Putin is a dictator and murderer. Russia invaded Ukraine. Ukraine is fighting for their lives. America used to stand up against tyrants. This is not who we are as a nation. Disgraceful.

I was the Commander of the @ISS when Andy, @Astro_Andreas flew his first space mission. He is one of the most competent, trustworthy, and honest people I’ve ever met. This rhetoric is beyond the pale but, sadly, not surprising. He does not deserve this kind of disrespect.

Flying home aboard @unitedairlinesual.bsky.social from Atlanta tonight. The Captain just announced my husband has reached a milestone as a 1 million mile flyer.

Technically, it’s more like 241 million miles, but we won’t mention that other airline—er,um,—spacecraft.
