And hey! Thank you for calling! It is truly the least we can do and very cathartic. It's good for us to make our voices heard. We can't just let these folks get away with things without some kind of consequence.

I wish folks also knew they could send a letter (or email) and bother them via social media accounts too. If they call back or respond, it's just more ammo for others to get pissed at them. They play a losing game by being bigots and need to be exposed as such.

I think the greatest trick for getting good at creative work i know is - finish making as many mediocre things as possible. Just finish stuff, again and again. Share it or don’t, but put a bow on it, put it aside, make the next thing, repeat.
