But these days a ton of mediocre IT specialists and even more mediocre managers create social bubbles of AI adoration, and just ruin many, many systems and operations - more than ever before. Bluesky is not the worst offender here, but it is up there! Especially among normal, non nerd public eyes.

This is just pure vibe coding, and an extremely horrible practice for any good and self respecting professional programmer. I hate to admit it, but AI is useful in our field.

to play devils advocate right now, a ton of programming is not novel or interesting, and automatisation of these small things in code can be, and often is, very useful

that said, it definitely should not be used to write major features, and especially not 99% of code (whys words)
