Yesterday was full of highlights! We were thrilled to be joined on the flags by members of the A Team Hub, Happy Days, and the Autism Friends group. Lots of smiles!

This week, our Being Me group explored self-image and body positivity.
The group created affirmation bags, a personal reminder to embrace their strengths and celebrate who they are.
We also created and shared presentations on body-positive influencers.
A tough session at our Heart of a Leopard group yesterday. But we are seeing results and we are gaining a great support network on this journey.
