A company named Trinity Financial built a 277-unit, 100% affordable building in the Bronx with on-site health care, food services, education programs, and homeless rehabilitation support. The building is designed to directly meet residents’ basic needs in one place. We need devs like this in Newark.

Councilmember Chi Osse from Brooklyn went hard for Zohran during his campaign, but now that Chi wants to primary Hakeem Jeffries, Zohran won’t endorse him. And Jeffries was hating on Zohran heavy and doesn’t even share the same beliefs as him.

Democrats, please explain this lack of loyalty to me?

I just voted for myself for the first time to help lead the city and community I grew up in. I’ve waited over ten years for this day. I’m at peace with whatever happens because we’ll be right back at it in May.

I’ve been waiting for Zohran to explain how his ideas would actually benefit the city beyond just giving things away. He nailed it here. Every mayor should have a clear and understandable plan to generate revenue. If they don’t, their only plan is to keep taxing everyone to death.

What are you talking about? I’ genuinely confused.

I spent the evening with Andrew Yang and the team that helped pass the new Child Tax Credit extension. It provides up to $2,200 per child and will increase automatically to match inflation. Up to $1,700 per child is refundable, meaning families can receive that even if they owe no taxes.

It's so sad to watch Black elected officials make up things about me. But we must be doing something right.

If 25% of millennials and Gen Z in Newark vote on November 4, we change our city forever.
